Kitchen Upgrades

In 2023, CEDA all but wrapped up the improvements to the dining hall kitchen. New gas lines were installed to improve performance of the range and ovens. A new sprayer was installed in the dishwashing station, and a new hand-washing sink has been purchased.
The last step is to put a fresh coat of paint on the
walls.

Once that is done, this $20,000+ project, made possible by a generous donation from Rodney
Wittkamp, will be complete .

CEDA has purchased and installed the following:
*30qt. commercial mixer (lightly used)
*Reach-in refrigerator (new)
*10-burner range with ovens (lightly used)
*Double-stack oven (refurbished)
*Single rack dishwasher (lightly used)
*Double-door freezer (used)
*Commercial microwave (lightly used)
*Nine 4x2ft LED ceiling lights installed (new)
*Ceiling tiles replaced and grid refurbished (new)
*Dishwasher Sprayer
*Hand-washing sink
